### 1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OHS Social, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
### 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
### 3. Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available on OHS Social ("Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post such Content, and that your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright), privacy rights, or other legal rights.
You agree not to post Content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, doxxing, or otherwise harmful. Spam, impersonation, and unauthorized bot/scripted use are prohibited.
### 4. License to Platform
By posting Content on OHS Social, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account, except to the extent your Content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.
### 5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
### 6. Copyright Infringement – DMCA Compliance (U.S. Law)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. OHS Social complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable U.S. copyright laws.

#### B. Notice of Infringement – Takedown Procedure
If you believe that any Content on OHS Social infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
#### C. Counter-Notice
If you believe that Content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or the District of Connecticut if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
We will forward any complete counter-notice to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
#### D. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" includes any user who has received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices.
#### E. No Liability for User Content
We do not monitor or control user-uploaded Content. As a provider of interactive computer services, we are not liable for the copyright-infringing activities of users, provided we comply with the notice-and-takedown provisions of the DMCA.
### 7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms (including repeat copyright infringement) or applicable law. Termination does not affect our right to take additional legal action.
### 8. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not liable for user-generated Content, platform downtime, or any third-party claims.
### 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, OHS Social and its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
### 10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
